The Supertech Romano Payment plan is having another variant which is the down payment plan. According to this plan you need to pay 10% of the price of the flats during the booking of the same and then followed by 85% of the total amount during the 45 days of the booking of the apartments and the remaining 5% has to be paid during the possession of the flats.
